How does registration work?

We've simplified our registration process through DocuSign, making it convenient for parents to complete and submit all necessary documentation electronically. Once enrolled, parents must provide all required emergency and immunization information before their child's first day at Happy Trails School.

Do you offer meals and snacks?

  • Morning snack is served at 9:00 AM

  • Lunch time is from 11:00 AM / 12:00-1:00 PM

  • Afternoon snack is served at 3:00 PM

  • Please inform staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions

Once we are registered, what should we bring?

  • Complete change of clothes (labeled)

  • Small blanket and fitted crib sheet for rest time (full-day students)

  • Diapers and wipes (if applicable)

  • Water bottle (labeled)

How does your billing policy work?

We accept payments through our secure Stripe payment system, offering both credit card and ACH (bank transfer) options for your convenience. ACH payments incur a 1% processing fee, while credit card payments have a 3% processing fee. We do not accept other forms of payment such as Zelle, cash, or checks.

Billing Schedule & Policies

  • Tuition is automatically billed every Monday

  • ACH (Bank Transfer) - 1% processing fee

  • Credit Card Payments - 3% processing fee

  • A 10% late fee is charged at close of business Wednesday unless prior arrangements have been made

Important Terms

  • Refunds are not issued

  • Daily rates apply to all pro-rated weeks

  • A week is defined as 4 or more days

  • All weeks are based on a calendar week

  • Each family receives one two-week vacation credit annually, which must be used in 5-day intervals

How does part-time attendance work?

Families enrolled for a two or three day program are required to enroll for the same days each week:

  • 3 days/per week: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays only

  • 2 days per week: Tuesdays, Thursdays only

You are responsible for payment for those days. Additional days attended during the week will be billed at the daily rate. Weekly rates do not apply unless you are enrolled for the weekly program.

Do you have an after school program from Amphi?

We provide before and after school care for the following schools:

  • Holoway AMPHI

  • Rio Vista AMPHI

Transportation is provided to and from these schools.

  • When public school is closed, children enrolled in our school age program will be charged an additional $20.00 per day.

  • Children attending schools with intersession programs will be charged the daily/weekly rate for full time.

Are there any additional charges?

Half day children staying after 12:00 pm: Charged an additional $12.00 per day

  • Half day children staying after 1:00 pm: Charged an additional $10.00 per day

  • Late fee: Children picked up after 6:00pm are charged $15.00 for the first 15 minutes and then $5.00 for each additional minute after 6:15pm
